My name is Michael. Although I am not an ordained minister and do not have an advanced degree in theology or ministry, I do have a deep desire to help others learn, grow, and mature in their Christian faith through an active and vibrant relationship with the Word of God. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Practical Christian Training, which, along with several mentorship opportunities within my local church, provided me with early experience teaching the Bible. After graduating from college, I spent the first ten years of my professional career in education, teaching and coaching middle and high school students, as well as working in my church's youth ministry. But, for the past two decades, I have served in various roles within the heavy-duty diesel and transport refrigeration industries. While my knowledge of God's Word does not come from formal seminary training, I believe that God has prepared me to teach His Word through informal means, including learning from capable mentors, engaging in rigorous personal study, reading numerous books and commentaries, and auditing various online seminary courses. He also placed me in the intense and demanding world of the trades, which provided me with invaluable life experience that profoundly influenced the trajectory of my faith by furthering my dependence on the Word for "all things that pertain to life and godliness."  -- 2 Peter 1:3​​
